In 2025, the Santa Fe Community Foundation’s Learning Hub is partnering with the Revjen Group to pilot the Fuelworks program in northern New Mexico. Fuelworks is a dynamic revenue infrastructure workshop. The training gives nonprofit leadership teams the tools to reframe their approach to revenue — from the ground up. Workshops build from session to session, providing leadership teams with a common language, a common framework, and the dedicated time to address the root causes of an organization’s revenue challenges and develop a sustainable revenue plan going forward.
