About the Program
This transformative two-year journey weaves together ancestral wisdom, professional development, and healing practices. More than just a training, this is a sacred space for women of color leaders to deepen their authentic leadership presence while building lasting relationships with fellow changemakers. Through this program, you'll access cultural and ancestral wisdom, develop practical nonprofit leadership skills, and create sustainable approaches to community impact. The cohort size will not exceed 25 participants.

This workshop will guide you through the essential elements of creating a basic fundraising plan that works for your organization. In this focused two-hour session led by a Certified Fundraising Executive, you'll learn a straightforward fundraising planning framework and apply it to your nonprofit.
Understanding and Mitigating High Staff Turnover
Address the pressing issue of staff retention through peer-based problem-solving. Participants will share retention success stories, share effective strategies, and collaborate on developing practical solutions for building stronger teams.
