Fuelworks Revenue Sustainability program Information Session
The Learning Hub is excited to offer this pilot cohort in early 2025. Revjen’s Fuelworks Sustainability program focuses on financial sustainability through supporting organizations as they review their revenue model and strategy, and helps each group create actionable steps toward creating sustained revenue growth. The format includes six virtual sessions on Wednesdays from 10am to 12noon (MST) – February 19, 26, March 5, 12, 19, 26. Participating organizations will spend approximately one hour on prep between sessions and will include their leadership team (up to five people) in each session. Eligible nonprofit organizations are based and working in New Mexico with operating budgets of ~$1 Million or more in their 2025 fiscal year. There is no charge to participate in this pilot.
