For more than four decades, the Empty Stocking Fund at Santa Fe Community Foundation has made the last season of the year brighter for people experiencing financial challenges in Santa Fe and Rio Arriba counties. The fund accepts cash contributions throughout the year and provides support for rent/mortgage, utilities, dental and medical issues, as well as home and car repairs.

The Empty Stocking Fund will begin accepting applications on Monday, December 1, 2025 — and will continue to review applications until available funds are depleted.
