The Programs Director is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of programs, including those funded by a multi-year federal government grant, through the direct supervision of program staff. It requires multi-tasking skills, high levels of organizational skills, the ability to “shift gears” between different requirements, outcomes, subject areas, and types of programs while maintaining the best interest of those we support.
