For more than four decades, the Empty Stocking Fund at Santa Fe Community Foundation has made the last season of the year brighter for people experiencing financial challenges in Santa Fe and Rio Arriba counties. The fund accepts cash contributions throughout the year and provides support for rent/mortgage, utilities, dental and medical issues, as well as home and car repairs.

Request Emergency Assistance
The Empty Stocking Fund is now closed for new applications.
Due to an overwhelming number of requests, we are no longer accepting new emergency assistance applications for this season. We recognize the significant need in our community and appreciate your understanding as we work to support as many individuals and families as possible.
Please note that if you have already submitted an application, you will be able to access and update your information and upload any documentation we request to continue the review of your application. Please sign in through the application portal to return to your existing application. For assistance with your application, please email esf@santafecf.org.
